Clubhouse Birthday Party

Neither rain, sleet or now prevented the party from being lots of fun. When the weather
prevented the
musicians and wait staff from
getting here, Liz & Gerry Mongrain, Bev Loseke and Russell Cain went into action and pulled everything together. John Alexander put the new
keyboard ( a birthday gift by the association) to use and delighted those in attendance with his music. He was joined by Al Roos who sang a few songs for the occasion. The afternoon was an unqualified success and proved again that the residents here are equal to any situation that arises. Thanks to everyone who helped make the event so much fun.

Ladies Tea Party

Two great events were held on Valentine’s weekend. The first being the tea party was outstanding thanks to Betty Ecklund and her committee which included Marge Hellkamp. Hilda Hill, Mary Kane, Chadyeane Laza, Gloria Madigan, Mary Norris, Mary Schroeher, Betty Smith, Virginia Smith and Jean Tiedemann. The food and fellowship contributed to a first-class party and the shoes brought back lots of memories and many laughs.

Valentine’s Day Breakfast
What a way to start the day with a Valentine’s Breakfast with your neighbors. As usual the men put on a show when it comes to cooking breakfast, many thanks to Don Duck, Frank Hanrahan, Chig Hill, Bob Hodes, Joe Lacenere, Al Roos, Art Sheaffer, Travis Thompson, John Unterreiner, Jerry Vezzetti, and John Worsley. The decorations were not only creative but tasty too, thanks to Chris Vezzetti and Myrna Worsley.
