The annual meeting of the Heritage Pines Community Association will be held
on Monday, January 22nd, 4pm, Cross Point Church. If you need directions
check with the office. The 2007 budget will be one of the topics.
On Saturday, January 20, our beautiful club house will be transformed into a
tacky party place. Come dressed in the tackiest get-up you can find (you
may win a prize) and be prepared for an evening of fun and comfort food.
You will enjoy the same fare as we did last January at the Rhythm & Blues
night. Not to worry though, it isn't left-over!
The cost is $12.00 per person. Please bring a NICE GIFT, NOT TACKY, TO BE
AUCTIONED. If you don’t have something nice that you have no use for,
then buy something you would like to own and bid on it. ONLY ONE GIFT
ITEM PER HOUSEHOLD please.
Everyone will be given play money to bid with in the auction. Besides the
fun of the auction, our own Tim Mannix will entertain us with some really
tacky songs. MENU- roast beef, gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, yeast
rolls, salad, apple cobbler, iced tea& coffee.
Doors open at 5:30. Dinner at 6:00 and fun after. Space is limited. Deadline
to sign up is noon
Monday, January 8th..
The January ladies Brown Bag lunch will feature the annual “White Elephant”
exchange. Bring a gift from your home that you dislike the most and let one
of your neighbors enjoy it for the coming year. The date is Tuesday, January
16, at 12:30 pm in the clubhouse.
Reservations are limited to the first 80.
Minnette Carter & Virginia Smith are the Hosts of this event.
Gourmet Dinner Club

cooking—please come to an informational meeting at the
clubhouse on Monday, January 15th at 7:00 pm in the Arts & Crafts Room.
