Festive Forth of July

At 12:30 pm, Hot Dogs and
Hamburgers will be served hot off the grill in front of the clubhouse. Baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad and chips will be included. One burger and one dog per person please.

Watermelon will be served with lunch instead of later in the afternoon as previously announced.

From 6:30 - 9:30 pm Randall
Callahan & the Dixie Land Band will play music in the clubhouse for your listening and dancing enjoyment. This will take place in the clubhouse instead of outside due to weather conditions and for everyone’s comfort.

The cost for this all day event is $8.00 and the deadline was June 11th. If you did not sign up there is a waiting list. You will need a paid ticket to attend these events which will be provided when you receive your lunch. This event is being subsidized by the Social

Monday & Wednesday
Aquacise - cancelled

The Monday & Wednesday water aquacise has been cancelled. If we can find another instructor we will resume the classes.

Heritage Pines Book Club

Heritage Poines Book Club will meet July 3 at 1:00 pm. The book for July is “Keeping Faith” by Jodi Picoult.

Ladies Luncheon

The July luncheon will be a pot luck event at the clubhouse starting at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, July 17. Rhonda Bailey, from Joy Yoga Studio, will lead a fifteen minute “chair yoga” exercise
before lunch for anyone who wishes to participate. After lunch she will give more information about her Yoga Class at Heritage Pines.

“Yoga is a series of stretching & strengthening movements that get your blood flowing and your joints and muscles moving.” This is a gentle form of yoga using a chair.

The deadline for signing up is noon, Monday, July 16. Your  hostesses are Betty Ecklund and Fran Livoti.

“Greek Night”

Save Saturday evening, August 25 for a fabulous dinner & Greek entertainment. Come and enjoy a great dinner catered by Niko’s  Taverna and entertainment will be provided by a Greek Dance Group. Details will be listed in the August newsletter.
