Discovery Day - Friday 11/9

Come discover what Heritage Pines has for you, and let us discover what you have for Heritage Pines.

Stop at the clubhouse from 2-4
to see just what we have in store.
Join us for snacks and have a treat, we know how much you love to eat!

You'll see your friends and neighbors there, so come on down and don't be square!

Any questions will be answered on that day.  RSVP by noon, October 29.

All American Pot Luck

On Saturday, November 10 at 5:30 pm, a pot luck dinner will be held at the clubhouse. All dishes except desserts are welcome. HP residents will provide the entertainment . Chairs are Blanche Bahamonde & Margaret Pritt & the deadline to register is noon, 10/29. The cost is $1.00 per person & for sign up, the new  lottery system will be used. (See the addendum for an explanation.)

Veteran’s Day

A social will be held at the clubhouse from 2:00 -4:00 pm on Sunday, November 11 to honor our veterans.

Community Meeting

Transition Team Community Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 6, at 4:00 pm at Crosspointe Church, 6911 Carpenter Firestation Rd., Cary, NC. This will be an informational meeting.

Breakfast With Santa

Heritage Pines will be welcoming Santa at Breakfast on Saturday, December 1 at 8:30 am and 11:00 am. There will be pancakes and sausage for everyone. Santa will visit and have a small gift for all children. The cost is $2.00 for children & $5.00 for each adult. Please use the separate sign-up sheet enclosed with this newsletter. If you would like to volunteer to help, please use the blue volunteer sheet. Any questions, call Bernie or Bob Aliberti.

Holiday Party

The HP Holiday Party for all homeowners will be held at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel on Sunday, December 16, 2007 at 5:30 pm. The hotel is located at 4700 Emperor Boulevard, in RTP. The menu is listed on the separate sign up sheet & directions are in the addendum section. Please sign up by noon, Monday, November 12. Charlie Chiklis & the Moonlighters band will provide the music for dancing. The cost is $23.00 & there will be a cash bar.

December Ladies Lunch

There will not be a ladies lunch in November & the December luncheon will be held on Tuesday,
December 4 at the clubhouse. See the addendum for details.
 

In an effort to be fair to all, we are continuing with the new system for receiving your sign up sheets. Beginning 10 am, Thursday, October 25 , 2007, you may turn in your sign up sheet to the clubhouse office. None will be accepted before that time. These sheets will only be accepted during office hours. Any sheets shoved under the door will not be accepted.

If you are unable to deliver your sign up sheet to the office, you may ask a neighbor or friend to take your sheet. Each
resident is limited to one (1) extra sheet. Thank you for your patience as we try to work on making event sign up
pleasurable for everyone.

A separate check is required for the “lottery events”. See November 2007 Addendum for details.
