Breakfast With Santa

A reminder that Heritage Pines will be welcoming Santa at Breakfast on Saturday, December 1 at 8:30 am and 11:00 am. Reservations are closed.

Santa Request

On Saturday, December 1st, the
clubhouse library will be closed from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm due to the visit from Santa. The committee asks anyone attending breakfast with a child who requires a highchair or booster seat, to please bring it with them.

December Ladies Lunch

A reminder that the December
luncheon will be held on Tuesday,
December 4 at 12:30 pm in the
clubhouse. Reservations closed
November 19. If you wish to
participate in the gift exchange, please remember to bring a $5.00 new, wrapped gift. You are encouraged to bring donations of canned goods for the North Carolina Food Bank. If you have any questions, please contact Saundra Robertson or Jane Suppa.

Book Club Date Change

The Heritage Pines Book Club has moved their meeting date from
December 4 to December 11 at the same time 1:00 pm. The book for December is The Wedding by
Dorothy West.

Men’s Breakfast

There will be only one men’s breakfast in December on the 11th.

Holiday Party Reminder

The HP Holiday Party for all
homeowners will be held at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel on
Sunday, December 16, 2007 at 5:30 pm. The hotel is located at 4700 Emperor Boulevard, in RTP. Directions were included in the November newsletter
addendum. The deadline for
reservations was noon, Monday, November 12. Charlie Chiklis & the Moonlighters band will
provide the music for dancing. Please remember there will be a cash bar available throughout the evening.


There will be NO Bingo in
December, it will resume on the fourth Friday in January 2008.

Sign Up Sheets and Addendum

You may turn in your signup sheet beginning 10 am, Monday, November 26, 2007 during office hours. None will be accepted before that time. Any sheets shoved under the door will not be accepted. If you are unable to deliver your sign up sheet to the office, you may ask a neighbor or friend to take your sheet. Each resident is limited to one (1) extra sheet. Thank you for your patience as we try to work on making event sign up pleasurable for everyone.

A separate check is required for the “lottery events”.
