Functioning as an HOA means that we are a self-governing body under the management of a resident Board of Directors elected by our homeowners. Assisting our board are committees such as Grounds, Clubhouse, Social, Architectural Review and Finance, run entirely by community volunteers.

Heart of the Community – Clubhouse and Recreational complex

Heritage Pines is a close-knit community where making new friends is easy and neighbors are friendly. The community clubhouse and recreation complex are the heart of our community where social events and activities happen. Everyone is invited to participate.

Our clubhouse has a library, game room with pool table, arts and crafts room, catering kitchen, a well-equipped fitness center, and a large event room. Each month a resident artist’s work is featured in the clubhouse.

The Recreational Complex, next to one of our scenic ponds and gazebo, includes an outdoor pool and hot tub, and sports courts including tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.
