Description of the Heritage Pines community

Heritage Pines is a unique and vibrant community (adult 55+) located in Cary, North Carolina. It was established in 2000 to celebrate retirement and is right-sized with 298 homes (houses and villas) on over 100 beautifully landscaped acres that includes tree-lined streets with walkways, bikeways, and community ponds. We are ideally located within the NC Research Triangle (Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill) with a short car ride to shopping, RDU airport, premiere medical facilities, top-notch universities as well as cultural and entertainment venues.
