HOA - Governance and Committees (network of people)

In Heritage Pines, enjoy a relaxed lifestyle as your monthly Home Owner Association (HOA) membership includes property maintenance, lawn care, general management services as well as full use of the clubhouse and its myriad of social activities and athletic amenities.  

Our HOA means that we are a self-governing body under the guidance of the residents with a volunteer Board of Directors elected by our homeowners. The Board governs through a series of committees, run entirely by community volunteers. Day-to-day management is provided by a contracted, daily on-site professional management staff.  

All residents are welcomed, eligible and encouraged to actively be involved in the community by participating in any of our activities or events, and/or by serving on one of our committees, including Grounds, Architectural Review, Clubhouse, Welcome, Social, Hospitality, Finance or Communications committees.
